1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return physical products (not downloadable project plans) purchased directly from us if they meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Products that have been damaged, worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

  • Non-returnable Items: Certain products cannot be returned, including:

    • Downloadable products such as project plans

    • Personalized or custom products

    • Clearance items

    • Gift cards, certificates or codes

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at stumpyswag@gmail.com with your name, order number, order date and a brief description of the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back to us.

  3. Prepare the Product: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible), including all accessories, manuals, or documentation that came with it.

  4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered to us.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If your return is approved:

  • Refunds: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact us at stumpyswag@gmail.com to arrange the exchange.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at stumpyswag@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your name, order number and order date

  • A description of the damage or defect

  • Photos of the damaged or defective product

We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, if applicable.

5. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned items that are not defective, damaged, or incorrect. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

8. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
